Slow Flow / Groove Vinyasa

The rhythmic music will inspire anyone to release things they no longer wish to hold in this gentle flow class.

Restorative / Gentle Yoga

An invitation to slow down, soften, and let go.
What to Expect: With dim lights and soothing props, this class layers in restorative poses, breathwork, and gentle heart-opening movements. Followed by 20 minutes of guided meditation, Savasana or deep relaxation.

Barre-Lates

Low-impact, high-tone training rooted in Pilates and ballet.
What to Expect: This fun fusion class blends core work, breath, and spinal alignment with strength-building barre techniques. Expect isometric pulses, balance work, and a strong sense of body awareness.

Rebound Reboot!

Fast-paced movement followed by focused recovery.
What to Expect: Bounce to the beat and sweat from head to toe with this cardio-based class! Enjoy 30- min of high intensity lymphatic enhancing movement followed by more high intensity floor and core work exercise-right on the trampoline! (can be modified)

Expressive movement to music in an inclusive, celebratory space.
What to Expect: Dance the night away in a party atmosphere with friends, under black light and disco balls! BYO to make the night complete!

Monthly Sadhana: Sound Bowls & Stillness

Ease into your month with a grounding practice that nourishes mind and spirit.
We’ll begin with a reading from Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, offering insight and discussion, then settle into guided meditation supported by the calming resonance of sound bowls. A space for reflection, connection, and stillness.

Yoga for middle and high school students to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.
What to Expect: Our teen yoga classes focus on developing physical skills like balance and coordination, as well as emotional intelligence through breathwork and meditation. Students will leave feeling energized, focused, and more connected to themselves.
